Our first offer

So we went and looked at this townhome in the traditions complex in Sunnyvale yesterday. Its a floor plan we like. Its a 3 storeyed townhome, 3bd, 2.5 bath and 1920 sq ft. The floors are laminate and it has the kitchen/family room combo that we are looking for. Price look ok, but again there is a definite need to overbid. I crunched some numbers yesterday and made an offer.

I heard from Kumar a few minutes ago, that our offer didn't go through. We got overbid. The only solace is that there were just 2-3 offers made and the best offer was very close the one we made. It makes us a little optimistic to feel that we weren't too far off.

Oh well, better luck next time. mlslistings.com, here we come again!!!

Still looking

Its been a almost 2 months now. We've looking at a _lot_ of homes, but somehow it does not seem to fit.
The floor plan is not ok, the location is questionable, the property is too old or the price is just NOT right ;)

Probably have seen about 15 homes till now. No matches yet. keeping our fingers crossed...
